FAQ Print FIt

If your textile feels too tight or won’t go into the frame, start by inserting the corners first. The material is designed with stretch, so you can firmly pull it into the corners. Watch this video to avoid common mistakes.

Before installation:
• Let the textile sit at room temperature so it isn’t stiff from cold storage — cold fabrics can resist stretching into the channel.
• Lay the fabric out flat for a few minutes so it can relax and expand slightly before you start inserting it into the frame.
• Make sure you’re aligning the silicone edge evenly and following the standard SEG handling method used for tension-fabric lightboxes.

If it still seems too tight, confirm you’re inserting into the groove correctly before pulling the rest in.
