Refund policy

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases from our store. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, please contact us at info@pixlip.us within 14 days of receipt of your order to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that any shipping fees for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Furthermore it is not possible to refund printed or unprinted items / fabrics as they are custom made and therefore not refundable.

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
