How to Order PIXLIP: A Step-by-Step Guide

At PIXLIP, we make it easy for you to order high-quality, illuminated displays through our online shop — just like shopping on Amazon. Whether you're purchasing modular trade show displays or other products, our streamlined process ensures a smooth experience from start to finish. In this guide, we’ll walk you through the steps of placing an order, uploading artwork, choosing the best shipping options and knowing what happens after you have placed an order.

6 easy steps to order PIXLIP
1. Placing Your PIXLIP Order
Browse our online shop. Hover your mouse over 'SHOP' on the top and choose from individual PIXLIP products, prints or select one of our trade show kits. Add them to your cart and proceed to checkout. Pro tip: Add a PDF Proof to your order (see step 3 for more). Some of our products have a 'Design Now' button above the 'Add to Cart' button. This is an optional step to design and upload your artwork before check out.
After placing your order in the online shop, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.

2. Uploading Your Artwork
Once you’ve received your order confirmation, it’s time to upload your artwork. All artwork must be uploaded through our dedicated Upload Tool. We cannot accept files via email. This process ensures that our team receives the artwork in the correct format for production.
For your convenience, we provide print data sheets (you can find in our Download Section). These documents specify the required file settings, such as bleed, DPI, and dimensions, ensuring the artwork meets our standards. Please note that at PIXLIP, we do not offer graphic design support, so it's important that your design team follows the provided guidelines to ensure optimal print quality.
Important note: when uploading your artwork make sure to add your preferred in-hand date.

3. PDF Proof Option
For customers who want to be extra sure that their graphics are exactly right, we offer the option to order a PDF proof. This proof will show you exactly how the graphics will appear on your display before production begins. It’s important to note that we only provide a PDF proof if you specifically add it to your order.
If you do not request a PDF proof, our tech design team will still review your artwork for quality, but they will not send a proof for approval. This ensures your order moves quickly into production, following our usual design standards.

4. Turnaround Time and Production
Once your artwork has been approved (or uploaded without a PDF proof), our team will begin production.
The standard turnaround time is 5 business days after artwork approval, plus shipping time. Our fast production ensures you’ll receive your displays on schedule, whether you need them for an upcoming trade show, pop-up, or event.
If you have a last-minute order, make sure to tell us right away by indicating your preferred in-hand date while uploading the artwork or by writing an email to info@pixlip.us.

5. Shipping Options
At checkout, you’ll have several shipping options to choose from, each with varying speeds and reliability. We highly recommend selecting a shipping method other than UPS Ground, as it is the most unreliable option. While it’s the cheapest, delays are more common. To ensure timely delivery, we suggest upgrading to a faster and more reliable shipping option.
After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

6. In-Hand Date and Delivery
When uploading your artwork, it’s important to indicate your preferred in-hand date. While we do our best to meet your timeline, please note that specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, as we rely on third-party carriers like UPS. We’ll ship your order according to your requested timeframe, but UPS controls the final delivery, which can sometimes lead to delays beyond our control.
